Residential Inspection

In Check Homes will provide a modern, full-spectrum inspection with a highly detailed inspection report.

Additional fees determined by size and age of the home.

Walk-thru Consultation

So, you don’t need a full-inspection report? No problem!

In Check Homes will walk through the home with you to look at a specific list of systems and components and inform you on the current status of those specific items.

No report is generated with this service.

Radon Measurement

Radon is colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic (cancer-causing). It can affect homes anywhere in the US, and the only way to check for elevated levels of radon in your home is with testing.

Termite Letter

WDIR or CL-100

In Check Homes contracts with Foremost Pest Control to provide WDIR (NC) and/or CL-100 (SC) pest reports. These reports are made available through the client portal.

Water Testing

In Check Homes offers a variety of options when it comes to water testing. Upon completion you will receive a report from the lab that will also be made available through the client portal.

Mold Measurement

In Check Homes offers mold testing that includes taking samples and sending them to a lab, where they will be tested for the absence or presence of mold, and what kinds were found. This report will also be available through the client portal.

Pre-Drywall Inspection

In Check Homes offers inspection of the major systems and house components of a new construction house, townhouse or condo at the pre-drywall stage.

Pool & Spa Inspection

$275

In Check Homes will test the functionality of accessible equipment including the pumps and electrical panels, while also examining the safety of the pool and its’ surroundings (including, but not limited to: fencing; copings; decks; hardscapes; dives; slides and more.
